What is a Johns Hopkins Virtual Advisor?

Individuals who sought care at Johns Hopkins are invited to join an online community dedicated to providing the health system with critical feedback. Your insights will advise our institution on how to improve services and create a better patient experience.

How Does it Work?

Johns Hopkins Medicine Virtual Advisors (Virtual Advisors) are emailed a link to a survey one to two times per month. Each activity is usually less than 10 minutes, interactive and usually fun!

Feedback is grouped anonymously with the response of other members. Your comments will never be linked to your name. We’ll share the group’s results with you, and we’ll keep you posted on actions that may come from your feedback.
